Jim Hayes,
IT Manager
Jim Hayes is a retired software engineer working for social change by supporting youth development.

In 2001, Jim started the Eastcliff Foundation, providing financial assistance to young adults seeking post-secondary education. Jim also produces documentary films for non-profit organizations seeking to broaden their fundraising and educational outreach programs.

Jim has supported the Firelight Foundation since 2003, recognizing the value the Foundation places on providing small grants and technical assistance given at the grassroots level.

"I jumped at the chance to join the board of directors. Firelight is such a well run organization, so squarely focused on its mission, it's hard to resist such a compelling story."

Jim holds a degree in computer science from the University of California.
