Jennifer Lentfer,
Head of Organizational Learning
Jennifer Lentfer is responsible for Firelight's Monitoring, Evaluation and Technical Assistance (META) Program, which enhances the organizational and programmatic capacity of Firelight and our grantee-partners to assess, document, and build upon our work. Jennifer has also served as the Program Officer for Firelight's Malawi and Zimbabwe portfolios.

Prior to joining Firelight in 2005, Jennifer worked in Malawi and Zimbabwe for Catholic Relief Services for three years, where she specialized in Monitoring & Evaluation and Operations Research in children's and HIV/AIDS programming. In 1996, she co-founded the Fairfield Orphanage Student Association, a non-profit organization that continues to support the Fairfield Orphanage in Mutare, Zimbabwe. Her experience in southern Africa also includes an internship with UNICEF Namibia's Youth Health and Development Programme. Jennifer Lentfer received her Master of International Development from the University of Pittsburgh.
