Program Assistant

As a Program Assistant, Dua supports Firelight’s child rights and protection, child marriage, and girls empowerment initiatives.

Dua has over 10 years of professional experience in administration and logistics capacity, project and program management, and telecommunication managing mobile commerce platform. Previous to her role at Firelight, Dua worked for the Aga Khan University - Institute for Educational Development, East Africa, where she was responsible for coordinating and managing project interventions to improve teaching and learning environment for both boys and girls across East Africa. 

Prior to assuming her position at Aga Khan University, Dua worked for Airtel Tanzania, a telecommunications company where she was responsible for acquisition of corporate partners for mobile commerce product roll out. Dua’s professional qualifications include a Masters in Business Administration and a Post Graduate diploma in Project Management.
