With more than 20 years of systems strengthening experience across the Global South, Oscar brings extensive expertise in early childhood development, education, global health, research, and policy development.
Oscar has held prominent leadership positions in several nongovernmental organisations, multilateral agencies and research institutions, including UNICEF, PATH, WorldVision, Genesis Analytics, and SOS Children’s Villages. Most recently, he served as Director of Programs at Parenting for Lifelong Health and he currently chairs the Board of the ECD Network for Kenya.
Oscar is a PhD (c) and holds a Master of Management and Leadership (MML) from The Management University of Africa, and a Bachelor of Education degree from the University ofNairobi. He is also an alumnus of Harvard Kennedy School - Harvard University.
