Caroline Njuki

Caroline Njuki is a senior international development leader with close to two decades of experience in employment and skills, migration governance, forced displacement, and human security across East and the Horn of Africa.

She currently serves as Regional Chief Technical Advisor at the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Kenya, leading a regional partnership focused on expanding access to skills and employment for refugees and host communities across East Africa. Previously, she held senior regional leadership roles at IGAD in Djibouti and worked with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Somalia.

Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Intercultural Conflict Management and has served in several regional and global advisory roles. She was named among Business Daily’s Top 40 Under 40 Women in Kenya and received the 2024 Top Purpose Driven Leaders Award from Lapid Leaders Africa.
