Mark Lorey has more than twenty-five years of experience leading strategy, programs, and impact for international nonprofits, including World Vision, Save the Children, and RestoringVision. Much of his work has focused on innovations to support community-led care and support for the most vulnerable children and families. He has provided leadership for a range of technical areas, including health, HIV and AIDS response, education, child protection and participation, agriculture, economic development, peacebuilding, evidence building, and design, monitoring, and evaluation. He has collaborated with teams in countries across Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and Europe and has previously been based in Kenya, Malawi, South Africa, and Zambia. He currently serves as a consultant to international humanitarian and development organizations and philanthropies.
